On the Web, links rule! Are you connected with one or more social media
sites and activities?
Facebook? Twitter? YouTube? LinkedIn?
Do you have a business presence on these and other social media sites?
Do you update it regularly? Does your website have links to your social
media pages? Do your social media pages link to your website?
Examples: A restaurant may want to post daily specials on a Faceboook
page. A consulting business may want to answer LinkedIn questions once
or twice a week. A company with visual results could make a video and
post it on YouTube.

Both blogs and e-newsletters are great ways of staying in touch with
existing customers. They can also attract new visitors to your website.
